I mixed 2oz of pedialyte with my 2 month olds formula powder, no water. i know now not to do that, but is she ok?

No problem: As a short term fix this is okay. If your home is on an approved city water supply & you drink from the tap, it is okay to use with formula powder. Your primary worry should be clean bottles.
