is there any other drink/anyway to get hydrated other than water? i just can't drink as much as i should, i get so full and bloated! pedialyte or som?

drinking water: Pure water is the best drink on earth. Try it cool not hot. Small amounts frequently rather than large amounts. Depending on your size, you may not need as much as you think. You can add a little lemon or some green tea with splenda for a change.
