Rest the shoulder: If it hurts to move then you tore something in there. Resting the shoulder is the best thing at first. You can hang it down while you lean over and let it swing from side to side without lifting it and that will keep it moving as it heals. Most injuries heal. If it doesnt get better then see your doctor. Most of these will heal if we give the body a chance. Baby it for awhile but keep moving it.
