What you described suggests a musculoskeletal issue and not heart disease. Try warm compressed on your shoulder and if that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation. Wish you good health!

The pain may well be secondary to a problem involving the right shoulder rotator cuff and should be looked at by your doctor. Cardiac angina can be referred to the LEFT arm, not the right. Try to avoid independent catastrophic thinking and get answers from your doctor.
