Vaginal infection: Itching and irritation sounds like you may have a vaginal infection. It could be a yeast infection and can be treated with medication usually available without a prescription. If that treatment doesnt help then see your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment.

I have been waking at night with a sort of "tightness" along my sternum with what I would describe as uncomfortable (not painful) breathing. It is also accompanied by an anxious feeling.
