Chest discomfort: The information provided could represent anxiety produced esophageal sustained contractions, which can produce a gnawing and generally sustained chest pain, which can mimic cardiac pain. Best is to go to your health provider for an exam and a cardiogram to be certain. At age "25" it is unlikely this is cardiac in nature.
