I : I suggest you find a low or no cost clinic in your area; a simple google search or yellow pages should give you some leads. Honestly i would not worry about payment right now. Your high blood pressure and cardiac symptoms are worrisome. You may be dealing with heart disease and an impending heart attack. Please visit an urgent care or er if you find no other option. Good luck.

I would recommend : Seeing someone. The chest tightness and numbness is concerning and could be related to a cardiac problem. If it is, it could be a serious problem that should get immediate attention.
