Chest press, shoulder pain, back pain, cheek pain and neck pain for over 1 week. could this be early warning signs of a heart attack?

Not likely: The pain seems to be involving different areas of your body, is it mostly left sided? The duration also, 1 week, is not consistent with angina or chest pain due to cardiac disease. A search for alternate causes for the pain is recommended. Please do talk to your doctor about your symptoms.
