Could be: It is not unusual for heart pain to radiate to the mandible (lower jaw), which may include the tongue. You should see your doctor to get this checked out.

May be heart related: Yes! the location of radiating pain is not specific, and it can be cardiac (heart) related whenever there is chest pain - radiating or not. Whether it goes into your tongue is irrelevant - it's possibly a very serious indication that a heart attack is imminent. It should always be ruled out, so get an exam for this very soon.
