L side chest pain: Have you ever had a sever injury such as a car accident? a fall, some one hit you, etc. You are to young for heart issues, you should be examined by a pain specialist, Have an MRI, of the Cervical, Thoracic Spine, and chest including the shoulders. Most probably you have trigger points which require treatment, take Aleve, (naproxen) 1 tab every 8 h. You may consider a follow up with me as a patient,
