Yogurt: That depends on what type of yogurt you are consuming. Yogurt can be very good for you as it has protein and other nutrients. However, some yogurt also contains excessive amounts of sugar. I would look for healthy, low sugar yogurts and would probably not consume more than three a day (one at each meal). Too much of anything is usually not good. Don't forget to exercise too!
