Energy Balance: It would be most helpful to know what your current body weight is and it's relationship to your height. This is called BMI. What is most helpful is your body composition - the percentage of your body weight that is non essential fat. To calculate the approximate number of calories it takes to maintain energy balance at low expenditure calculate your weight by 15. To loose weight subtract 500 Kcal.
