Maybe: There are oil glands on the edges of the lips. That means one can get plugged oil glands and occasionally a pimple there. Plugged oil glands may come 1-3 at a time. After the stuff comes out, it should heal up fine. Herpes cold sores are often a cluster of 3-10 tiny bumps, and don't contain pus or oil. Cold sores break easily, can ooze a bit, as if the surface got scraped away, and they crust up.

I used topical treatments on my acne and some of the blind pimples left a bump as if the head is still underneath. I believe its not scar as i din't pop it. Can i know if it will go away on its own or is there somthing I should do to get rid of it ?
