What are tear drop cells 1+ found on cbc?

No worry: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it is just the shape of some red cells. A few tear drop cells is no cause for concern, especially if your hemoglobin level is normal.
