A few things: Some causes of jaw tremor are anxiety, stess. cold. Might be a tremor. You may want to ask your MD for a neurological evaluation.

Essential tremor : Tremors seem to occur most in the hands, but can also involve the legs, chin, jaw and teeth chattering. See your PCP for consultation.
