No: If the TMJ is the problem, then tooth removal won't solve it. The TMJ problem would repeat itself with complete dentures as well.

NO NO NO: Do not do so without getting many, many opinions. The best therapy is performed with the natural teeth intact. Extractions may contribute to even more discomfort and dysfunction.. Removal would only be the last resort if all your remaining teeth are too broken down and if the periodontal structure (gum tissue and bone support,) are severely compromised. Still, I would never suggest extracions

Not sure: Probably not. Would be risky. However, denture patients seem to have fewer TMJ problems.
