Sinus Infection: Can give a toothache like feeling, tenderness, sensitivity, and other discomfort, .. Because of the roots of the back teeth's proximity to the sinus floor. See a physician first and later, a TMJ dentist if the discomfort still persists.

Tingling: Tingling may be sign of allergic response to one of the medications you are taking, nerve damage, infected sinus, or referred pain from tmj. Please ask both your dentist and your physician for examinations.

Anxiety, see PCP: Anxiety symptoms are not a sign of illness, they are the mind's ability to produce the "flight or fight" response which gives rise to many physiological changes include heart palpitations, nausea, tingling, insomnia, dry mouth, speech impairment, tremor and sweating. Depending on the cause of your anxiety symptoms, your health care provider can provide you with treatment options.
