Unclear: You don't say which thyroid blood test this is. I will assume it is a TSH level. If so, it is in the upper range of normal, and may indicated a subtle problem with how much hormone your thyroid is making (slilghtly low amount). Most people with levels this mildly abnormal will have no symptoms, but some people are sensitive to even mild abnormalities of thyroid levels.
