I'm 28. had brostrom surgery 6 wks ago. going to pt. feel like it's very tight in that area when rotate foot inwards. what can i do to stretch it out?

Normal: Its normal to feel that tightness. After all that's why you had the procedure done in the first place, to tighten up or repair the lateral ankle ligaments. Do what the PT instructs you to do now and well after the sessions are done to strengthen and retrain the "memory" in those ankles.
