Surgery: These are questions that you should be asking your surgeon. As docs and surgeons on this site we have no idea where your spurs are nor their size , the tightness you are dealing with nor it's cause , nor the anticipated procedure. Feel free to speak to your surgeon and ask all these questions - he/she is the only one that can answer them .
