Tonsils possibly: While being overweight is a risk factor for sleep apnea it is not the only one and at 120 pounds that should not be a contributing factor for you. Another possibility is enlarged tonsils. Have an evaluation by an ENT to see if your tonsils could be blocking your airway. If they are enlarged having them removed could help n
