Bone: You are probably seeing bony contours showing through the firm gum tissue, and likely on your lower front teeth. The dark red is probably the unattached (looser) mucosal tissue which connects to your lip. The color is due to the number of blood vessels present and the thinness of the tissue. All normal. If you press the lumps, they will probably be hard. Worry not.
