Tonsil lump, ulcer: It would be helpful to know how old you are? If you smoke or drink? Smokers and drinkers have greater chances of having problems. You probably have Tonsilliths on the tonsils. (Food debris pockets). The ulcer behind the molar could be a virus or a tooth infection if you have a tooth there or retained parts of teeth. Have someone check out these areas of concern soon to put yourself at ease.

Lumps &a ulcer: Lumps on tonsil needs to be visualized by General Physician or ENT. Ulcer on gums needs to be evaluated by General Dentist or Periodontist. Please seek appropriate treatment.
