Non active disease: Granuloma is usually related to tuberculosis, histoplasmosis, or coccidiodomycosis. Human body makes granulomatous reaction to organism. If calcified, small, and not changing usually means that it is inactive disease.

Does this x ray say i have pneumoperitoneum? Findings: nonobstructive bowel gas pattern with a large stool in ascending and transverse colon. Technique precludes evaluation of pneumoperitoneum. Likely calcified granuloma in the right lung base.
