I had some chest discomfort & chest xray. a calcified granuloma was noted not seen on chest ct in june. what could be the cause of sudden appearance?

Was it really: not on the CT or just not reported? As an incidental finding, the reader could have chosen not to mention it. Have the doc go back and review the CT to see if it was there or not.
