I have bronchitis when i was young. i am smoking. and my recent x-ray found calcific granuloma on my upper right lung. what could cause my granuloma?

TB: The most likely cause would be healed tuberculosis in which case you should have a positive TB skin test or blood test such as quantiferon TB gold test. If one of these is positive at your age wou would need treatment for latent tuberculosis. Some fungal infections can also cause calcified granulomata in the lungs.
