Probably not but: The normal range for men is 38-50 generally, but it does depend on the lab where the test was run. What are the ranges for the lab that performed the test? If it is high by that lab's standards, then consider having the test repeated to confirm. One abnormal lab does not mean much without knowing the history of the patient. .
