Up to you: General recommendation for polyps is observation and repeat ultrasound in 6-12 months if less than 1cm. If you're having pain, and you think it could be your gallbladder, consider a CCK-HIDA scan and pay attention to reproduction of pain with CCK administration. Or if classic symptoms, consider removing anyway. Consult w/ general surgeon may help.

Adenomyomatosis: Rarely, adenomyomatosis can progress to form sinus tracts or communications. If no symptoms, monitoring is appropriate as there is no malignant potential and ultrasound is a reliable imaging technique for diagnosis. It is something to keep in the back of your mind and to provide when giving a medical history in the future.
