I have a single 4mm gall bladder polyps, experiencing pain around the area, does that mean i might have gallstones. should i remove the polyps asap.?

Maybe: Polyps are mistaken for small stones, there is no urgency. Polyps are not removed but treated by cholecystectomy. Early cancer which is rare may present as a polyp. If other causes of pain are ruled out consider removing your gallbladder.
