Hi, i have been diagnosed with small nonshadowing gallstones or polyps in my gallbladder (the ultrasound is not clear). what should i do now?

It depends: If you have no symptoms, simply repeat the ultrasound in 6 months.If there are epigastric or biliary-like symptoms, an upper endoscopy and repeat ultrasound ( perhaps on a much more sophisticated machine at a large diagnostic facility) should be done. Small polyps generally have no symptoms and can be watched.

Depends: It depends if you have pain or symptoms or not. If asymptomatic, you could observe it for now.
