My gallbladder has wall thickening and numerous small echogenic reflectors at the thickened wall. the findings are most suggestive of diffuse adenomyomatosis and/or cholesterolosis. can i get simplified explanation of these findings and next steps?

Ultrasound can give possibilities of the kind of abnormalities found in the thickening of its walls- seldom a specific cause. Your best course is it's removal if you have symptoms- in consultation with your surgeon of course
