No: There is no test to see if one is infected 2 days after exposure. Usually, if a person already had the vaccine or the chicken pox illness in the past, she won't develop chicken pox this time. If no prior history of getting the disease nor the vaccine, one can ask her primary care doctor if the vaccine can be given now. If one is immunosuppressed, her doctor may prescribe helpful medication.
