Yes: Chicken pox is highly contagious. If you have not had chicken pox and/or have not been vaccinated then you can indeed get the disease from her. And keep in mind that chicken pox, while a mere nuisance in children, can be quite serious in adults.

Maybe: If you had chickenpox or the vaccine earlier in life ..No you will not get it. If you have not had either yes you can get it and it is usually much worse as an adult.
