No, but...: Life can surprise you sometimes. Occasionally, a person gets chicken pox twice, probably because he did not develop enough antibodies. Such a person would be contagious from his rash, coughs, and sneezes. Otherwise, people who already had chicken pox don't carry it in their coughs and sneezes, but can transmit their children's viruses by touching their children and then touching uninfected people.
