Needs to be checked: Usually a 3 year old with flat feet and feet turning in do not complain of tired legs, tired arms and neck. She needs to see a pediatrician who will go over her entire health condition to see if he/she can determine the cause of these complaints and advise you on what may need to be done. She needs a complete physical examination.
