Pain e.where in my body , like electrical itching in my neck, back, legs, arms, feet..neurologue gave me mri of sc and every thing was good in mri!?

Neuropathy ?: May be neuropathy/abnormal nerve sensations of unknown cause but there are several oral meds and some creams that may help. Other possibilities but consult podiatrist or request meds from neurologist.

A couple of things: It could be neuropathy associated with medical conditions such as diabetes, or thyroid issues, prior injury to the nerves (drugs, alcohol or industrial exposure). It might be fibromyalgia, or if you take medicines, a possible adverse reaction. Maybe other imaging modalities, a nerve study or lab tests may help. Good luck.
