I am on lisinopril, toprol, (metoprolol) hctz. i am always tired, always wanting to sleep, no energy and now breathing heavily

Check BP: Monitor your blood pressure and heart rate. It is possible that your blood pressure and heart rate are low. If you blood pressure is too low ( < 90/60) then you may want to hold or decrease lisinopril. If your heart rate is under 40 you should be evaluated immediately.
