Pimple: Without seeing the area it is difficult. However if the area is more tender, swollen, red/purple it may be infected (especially if you have been picking at it). It may be a small cyst which may need to be treated. Otherwise sometimes warm soaks will help the area drain. If it's getting worse I would have a physician check it out.
