Sounds like you: need to see a dermatologist. There are many things you can do to optimize your skin, but without seeing the nature/severity of your breakouts, its a bit difficult to suggest anything presently. In general, try to live health by eating healthy, being active, minimize stress and sleep well. Even with that sometimes genetics are too strong!
