How does accutane prevent acne relapse? i know it dries sebaceous oil so that pores won't be clogged. but after accutane? doesn't the oil return?

Function of Accutane: Accutane works by decreasing the number of cells in the skin, including the oil glands. That is the reason it decreases the acne as the skin dries up. After stopping Accutane, the skin will return to its old self in 6 months to a year and the oil production should increase also. Hope this helps.
