No: The baby fetus can move, but nobody can feel it move until it grows bigger. Of course, you felt something, but it wasn't the baby fetus' movements. You may start feeling tiny flutters when the baby fetus grows 2 times longer and the baby fetus weighs 6 times more... which will be in another month.
