So lucky!: Consider yourself blessed that morning sickness stopped! if you saw the babies on ultrasound with heartbeats just a few days ago, i wouldn't be worried. You can always make another appt with doctor to check if you're worried, but by no means does lack of nausea mean you have miscarried! congratulations!

Normal to improve: Usually morning sickness starts to taper around 10weeks but can improve before that time. It is not unusual for some women to improve before then. If you are concerned then you can discuss with your ob. Good luck.

Lucky gal: Morning sickness does not have to last a fixed amount of time. Some pregnant experiences none and some almost their whole pregnancy. Also, every pregnancy is different for the same woman. So, it's great that you no longer get morning sickness and good luck with the twins!
