Not necessarily: Has she been on antibiotics for 5 days? Is her fever starting to trend down (not getting as high as the previous day)? Is she otherwise doing okay? For mycoplasma the fever can persist for several days after starting antibiotics, if she's still febrile after the 5th day of medicine just let the pediatrician know. If the fever is trending down and she is otherwise doing okay then just wait it out.

Mycoplasma?: Chances are you child was positive for Mycoplasma pneumoniae, an unusual organism with properties of both virus and bacteria. Many times the immune system can eliminate this infection without intervention, but sometime azithromycin is used when symptoms are prolonged or progressing.
