What do doctors think is the top over-the-counter medicine for headaches, jaw pain, and neck pain?

Depends: There is no best medicine. Most people have a personal favorite. Usually, some type of anti-inflammatory like aspirin, Ibuprofen or anaprox works well. However, some people can't take those medicines and need to stick with tylenol (acetaminophen).
