i hit my head a couple days ago and passed out. i woke up today with neck pain and have headaches and dizziness. should i wait to see a doctor?

You should not wait: Although chances of intra cranial injury are low, loss of consciousness means significant injury. You might also have a neck injury. Only a neuro exam by a doctor can tell whether you need more tests, such as a CT brain scan.
