Sinus congestion?: Blockage of sinus passages and stuffy nose can be associated with headache. Not so rarely weather changes and barometric pressure changes in the atmosphere can be associated with these symptoms. Blockage of ear tubes connecting to sinuses are often associated with weather changes and make you feel miserable.
