Concussion/whiplash: While a headache after a head injury isn't definitely a concussion, it should be treated as such until followed up by a qualified physician. Your neck pain is likely due to a strain from whiplash injury, which can also cause a concussion. Do not play any contact sports until you follow up with the physician that can clear you.
