Google says that minnimum amount of calcium that should be taken by a person between 19-50 years old should be 1000mg.i drink around 500g of milk which contains arond 625mg of calcium.should i take calcium supplements or is this amount sufficient?

You do not need to take supplement. Other foods also have calcium. You could increase your intake of milk as it has both calcium and vitamin D.
