Google says that minnimum amount of calcium that should be taken by a person between 19-50 years old should be 1000mg.i drink around 500g of milk which contains arond 625mg of calcium.should i take calcium supplements or is this amount sufficient?

You do not need to take supplement. Other foods also have calcium. You could increase your intake of milk as it has both calcium and vitamin D. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
