Yes, for vitamin D: Milk has only 400 iu of vitamin d per quart and most people need 2000-5000 iu per day to get their blood level above 50 ng/ml. So you would have to drink at least 5 quarts of milk to get enough vitamin d. The vitamin d level is enough for an infant but not for an adult.
