Overlapping terms: Preventative medicine generally involves various methods to present the development of disease. ( such as vaccinations, screening, medications, procedures) Proactive health care is often a term that involved various aspects of preventative medicine. It can involved healthy lifestyle and maintain prevention with your PCP as well. As you can see they are both overlapping terms.
